Scholar-Athlete Dinner, May 6 2008
This year is the 21st Anniversary of The
Scholar-Athlete Dinner which is the Chapter's
flagship event, held annually on the second Tuesday
in May at The Yard banquet facility in Manchester.
Student-athletes are nominated by their coaches. A
standing committee of the Foundation's Board of
Directors reviews and selects from the nominees and
also selects recipients for the Chapter's other
annual honors including the Distinguished
Contribution to Football Award and the Distinguished
American Award. For tickets or additional

Coaches Clinic, April 20, 2008
Initiated in 1997, the Coaches Clinic is held
during April at UNH. The one-day
Clinic adds to the knowledge of coaches at every
level of amateur football and is led by coaches from
the state's four football-playing colleges:
Dartmouth, New Hampshire, Plymouth State, St.
Anselm's. For additional information, contact Bill

Football Jamboree, August 2008
Over 600 athletes from eleven high schools gather
annually for a day of scrimmage in August at Gill
Stadium in Manchester. The Chapter assists with
funds to meet event expenses.
